Laboratory of Adhesive Layer:

The Laboratory of Adhesive Layers of Firma Handlowa BARWA Jarosław Czajkowski belongs to a technical base of the company. Paints offered by the company as well as technologies dedicated to customers have been tested in detail regularly. Such tests provide information about physical and mechanical properties of hardened layers, their resistance to external factors and aggressive media. By using chambers stimulating various environmental conditions, we estimate an influence of these factors on paint systems degradation. The estimation criteria are the input parameters of a layer, such as gloss, taint, adhesiveness, visual estimation of ensuring impureness as well as a lot of others adjusted individually to the customers’ needs.

Our work is grounded mainly on ISO standards, our internal research methodologies as well as inner methodologies of our customers.

Below we presents the range of standard tests carried out by our laboratory. We also place information about example standards describing research methodologies which can be done in it.
